Overview
Decree No 2022-748 implements consumer information obligations under France’s Anti-Waste for a Circular Economy (AGEC) law. It requires producers and importers to make specific product information available electronically for categories including textile clothing.
The decree remains adopted and in effect. It complements later French environmental cost labelling under the Climate and Resilience Law, but AGEC Decree 2022-748 itself continues to govern the structured product information set.
